Key activities of this role include:

  • Responsibility for a broad range of financial and economic aspects of Water and Sewer operations;
  • Leading and having valuable input, and providing technical advice in the preparation of IPART submissions for pricing determinations;
  • Leading the financial modelling and reviewing asset management;
  • Undertaking cost analysis of asset performance and capital investment.

About You:

  • You have an understanding of the Water Utility business and experience in IPART processes;
  • You have experience in developing pricing responses, proposals and preparation of other regulatory material for a water utility business;
  • You have confidence in your knowledge, can provide and communicate economic and policy advice to Councillors and the Executive Leadership Team;
  • You are a new wave thinker and gain satisfaction in identifying opportunities and new path ways;

This role provides a salary range of up to $114.6k per annum (includes Market Loading) + superannuation.

A 9 day fortnight work-cycle currently applies to this role. This arrangement may be subject to change.
