Are you ready to lead our Information Technology Help Desk team?
If you are passionate about all things IT and supporting your team to achieve goals and provide excellent customer service then this is the job for you.
You will be primarily responsible for ensuring Council’s IT infrastructure is secure and available in addition to leading a small team of professionals to provide helpdesk and project services to the organisation.
Ideally you will have experience supporting a virtualised networked Windows environment with Windows Server 2008-2017 (including AD, DNS, DHCP, GP), Windows 10, SQL Server, Exchange, VMware, and Citrix on predominately DELL infrastructure.
