In this casual position you will be responsible for:

• Providing high quality swimming instruction to groups and individuals
• Preparing lesson plans
• Maintaining positive rapport with clients and families.

Possessing excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to successfully relate to clients from diverse backgrounds, you will also have relevant AUSTSWIM teaching qualifications, current Workplace Level 1 First Aid and CPR qualifications, current registration to work with children in Tasmania, and ideally, practical experience teaching swimming and water safety post-qualification. You will also be able to demonstrate your ability to work in a team environment, work unsupervised, and have a current understanding and awareness of work health and safety practices in the  aquatic industry.
