Your new organisation

To help make the vision a reality, Council is seeking a Director Sustainability and Built Environment who exudes change leadership capabilities, exceptional multi-faceted stakeholder engagement skills and strategic focus.


Your new role

Reporting to the CEO, you’ll be responsible for environmental, infrastructure, asset and facility management and maintenance. You will have ownership for delivery of services which underpin the organisation. With a strong sense of accountability and experience in leading successful teams, you’ll demonstrate strong change management expertise, with the ability to foster a culture of innovation and cohesion in a multi-disciplinary environment.


What you'll need to succeed

You will ensure improved management of sustainability and environment and in the development and delivery of infrastructure projects, long term capital works planning and sustainable asset management and renewal strategies. You will leverage the use of technology to create efficiencies and improve processes, supporting our services moving into the future.
