Part Time - 16 hours per week

About the Role

Operating from within the Corporate Services Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions both counter and phone; relating to the full range of Council services are managed in accordance with Council's Customer Service Charter.


Queensland Local Government Officers Award

Level 2 - 3 (Junior Rates Apply to those persons 20 years of age and under)

$29.79 - $35.57(plus 9.5% or optional 12% Super)

About you

You will need to hold a relevant qualification in customer service, OR be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience. It is also highly desirable for you to have previous banking experience.

This position is currently open to Western Downs Regional Council Employees and external applicants.
