Operating from within the Corporate Services Department, you will be responsible for ensuring that all customer interactions both counter and phone; relating to the full range of Council services are managed in accordance with Council's Customer Service Charter.

You will need to hold a relevant qualification in customer service, OR be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience. It is also highly desirable for you to have previous banking experience.
