About the position

Reporting to the Team Leader People Services, you will be responsible for ensuring ICT projects (change initiatives) meet objectives on time and budget by increase employee adoption and usage.

Your primary objectives will be to:

  • Lead the focus on changes to business processes, systems and technology, job roles and organisation structures.
  • Create and implement change management strategies and plans that maximise employee adoption and usage and minimise resistance.
  • Drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilisation and greater proficiency of the changes that impact Seqwater employees to increase benefit realisation and the achievement of results and outcomes.


Desirable skills and experience

  • Experience and knowledge of change management principles, methodologies and tools (e.g. Prosci ADKAR model).
  • A current unrestricted drivers licence for a motor vehicle.
  • Knowledge of change management and project management principles and methodologies, completed by a solid practical understanding of how people progress through the change process.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and written communication skills displayed particularly in the ability to form and maintain effective relationships with a diverse range of people at all organisational levels and professionally represent Seqwater and its interests.
  • Provide expert change management services and support the business in developing effective use of change management tools.
  • Demonstrated ability to prioritise and work across multiple programs with a consistent and methodical approach, on time and budget.
  • Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.

This position is a one year fixed term contract and has been classified in accordance with Seqwater's Certified Agreement 2016 -2019 as an AO6 with a salary of $91,649.85 plus up to 12.75% superannuation.
