Council is seeking experienced and qualified HR Advisors to provide human resource services and advice as part of a newly formed and merged Council entity. The HR Advisors will be exposed to HR change strategies and processes and as part of this change will undertake specific projects. The role will also be dealing with the day to day HR activities and transactions. You will have qualifications in a related field, excellent communication and conflict resolution skills, investigative and problem solving skills. A strong background in ER/IR matters is desirable.
