The Role

Are you ready to undertake a challenging and fulfilling role in which you will manage the extensive capital works and maintenance program during an exciting and progressive time for Council? Then we have the role for you!

Join Council's Operations department where you will lead the portfolios of the urban and rural road network, bridges, car parks, drainage systems and structures, footpaths, cycle ways, kerb and gutter, buildings, parks and reserves.

To be successful you will bring:

  • Degree level qualifications in Civil Engineering or related field with significant experience in a similar role
  • Demonstrated high level experience in managing and leading a diverse engineering area
  • Demonstrated experience in delivering a complex maintenance and capital works program using modern business philosophies

The Rewards

  • Commencing salary between $2,239.60 - $2,520.65 per week, plus 9.5% superannuation
  • An additional 3.5% Civil Liability allowance
