About the Role
We are seeking an experienced Digital Experience Professional who will plan, recommend and coordinate the implementation of seamless customer experiences for customers of the Water Corporation digital presence. Part of the strong team of digital professionals and reporting to the Digital Experience Lead, this position understands customer’s needs, business objectives, and the greater competitive landscape in order to design and implement strategies that engage audiences and help realise business objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
  • Conduct initial problem or opportunity definition by information gathering and analysis, develop briefs, business cases and sources funding if applicable.
  • Contribute to driving seamless customer experience through all aspects of UX (user research and testing, analysis, wireframing, prototyping)
  • Analyse and develop recommendations for ongoing optimisation of digital customer touch points
  • Engage, coordinate and manage stakeholders and service providers as required.
  • Conduct option assessment, develop recommendations and delivery roadmaps.
Skills and Experience:
  • Degree level qualification in a communications or marketing related principle.
  • Demonstrated experience in developing and implementing digital customer experience strategies, UX methodology and agile delivery.
  • Good knowledge of standard UX design tools to create a wide variety od deliverables including flow maps, wireframes, mock-ups and prototypes
  • Experience in providing innovative solutions to business problems/processes that leverage technology and/or content to provide market differentiation, efficiency improvements and better user experience.
  • Ability to drive results, take ownership and engage stakeholders
