Environmental Planner (1786)

As the Environmental Planner you will assist in the formulation, review and maintenance of environmental strategies, policies for the Planning and Development of the region and contribute to the effective implementation and timely delivery of relevant strategic planning projects and programs.

Qualifications required are:

  • Bachelor Degree in Environmental Planning or Natural Resource Management (or equivalent) from a recognised University.
  • Membership of a relevant professional association, or eligibility for membership.
  • Possession of a current “C” Class Driver’s Licence.

Salary: Level 3-5 (Graduate Provision) - $57,959.02 - $72,765.62 gross per annum under the Queensland Local Government Officers’ Award - 1998 plus 17.5% annual leave loading and up to 12.4% superannuation. As part of the Queensland Industrial Relations Commission (QIRC) Modernisation and Reform process, the terms and conditions of your appointment, including the salary quoted in this advert may change following implementation of a new modern award for the local government industry.
