The Quality of Care Coordinator provides consultation to the out-of-home care sector and child protection, regarding quality of care concerns. You will be responsible for coordinating responses when concerns are raised about the care provided to young people in out-of-home settings. This role works to bring together multiple stakeholders to investigate such concerns, and is guided by the Guidelines for responding to quality of care concerns in out-of-home care.
