About the Role
The position of Trainee Accredited Certifier will be supported by 'on the job' training whilst assisting in the assessment and determination of development applications; construction certificates and complying development certificates; associated with Class 1 and 10 (residential) buildings and; providing efficient and responsive service to the development industry in the inspection of various stages of building construction. The position will achieve a minimum of A3 accreditation from the Building Professional Board and complete an Advanced Diploma of Building Surveying online through a registered training organisation.

The salary for this position is $52,020.80 dependent on skills, experience and qualifications.

About You
You will be able to satisfactorily complete an Advanced Diploma in Building Surveying; have experience or knowledge in development assessment and residential construction; the ability to interpret and apply applicable legislation and Acts; demonstrated experience in Microsoft Suite and Electronic Data Management Systems and have a minimum Class C NSW Driver's Licence or equivalent.
