About the Opportunity
The Community Inclusion Team Leader plays a pivotal role in contributing to the creation of a vibrant, inclusive and resilient community through the effective leadership of the Community Participation team.
The Team Leader, supported by the inclusion team, implement actions and programs that help develop a socially just, resilient, connected, inclusive liveable and engagement community.
To be successful in this role you will have a passion for working with the community or a relevant qualification. Your team leadership skills and ability to foster high performing teams will ensure Council can maximise community involvement in place development. You will also be a strategic thinker who can develop and implement clear plans and policies. The ability to work flexible hours to meet the needs of the community is desirable.

Remuneration
This is a full time permanent role, with remuneration in the range of $84,308 - $94,894 per annum (depending on skills and experience) for a 35 hour week worked in accordance with Council’s Flexible Working Hours policy, plus 9.5% superannuation.
