About the Role
Based at theTarcoola Aged Care Facility, you will be responsible for providing quality, nutritious meals for the residents at the Facility.
Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator - Tarcoola, you will:
be responsible for preparing and providing high quality, nutritional meals to the Residents of Tarcoola Aged Care Facility;
ensure food is prepared within food safety regulations; and
assist in ordering and receiving all deliveries and ensure all stores are kept in order.
About you
The successful applicant will have:
a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience and be willing to complete relevant Certificate;
a National History Police Check, or be able to obtain one; and
a full understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations.
