About the Role
Based at theTarcoola Aged Care Facility in Tara, you will provide holistic, safe, effective and quality care to residents.
Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator, you will:
provide quality care to residents with activities of daily living, hygiene, dressing, grooming, mobility as required;
assist with cleaning duties in the laundry; and
assist with food-preparation, serving and hygiene in the kitchen.
About you
To be a successful applicant, you will have:
a Certificate III in Individual Support (Aged Care);
a dedication towards delivering high quality service in residential care, meal handling, cleanliness and cleaning;
compassion, empathy, patience and respect for residents, colleagues and visitors;
an acceptable standard or verbal and written communication skills; and
strong team work and interpersonal skills.
