The Opportunity Information Services is seeking a Help Desk Officer to provide excellent customer service, being the first level of contact for all staff with their Information & Communication Technology (ICT) queries. You will ensure that all ICT requests are responded to and resolved in a timely manner and provide high level customer service, whilst liaising with staff at all levels. Some Key Responsibilities
