The role: This position sits within our Community Spaces, Recreation and Trades Department and is responsible for planning, project implementation, delivery and finalisation of multiple construction projects The position will embrace organisational efficiency and cultural change to deliver high level customer service outcomes.

The package: Commencing salary from Circa $80,000 p.a. (Grade 10) plus superannuation.

Vehicle arrangements will also be discussed with the successful candidate. 

Location: Initially this position will be based from 4 Breese Parade Forster and 2 Pulteney Street, Taree. In future your normal place of work will be the Council Offices at 2 Biripi Way Taree. When the time comes for you to move to Biripi Way, four weeks’ notice will be provided. You may also be required to be based from other Council sites across the MidCoast Council region.

Tenure: Permanent Full Time.
