The Time and Attendance Coordinator is an integral part of the Remuneration and Benefits team and plays a central role in business processes and data capture for employees at the City.
This newly created position in the Payroll team will bring together time and attendance practises and processes to create effective systems for the management of salaries and wages data integrity. As part of the broader Payroll and Remuneration function and working closely with organisational stakeholders, the Time and Attendance Corodinator will provide support, solutions and advice on time and attendance processes and systems and improvements, including award interpretations, process improvement and compliance.
The successful candidate will be an experienced payroll professional with extensive experience in managing time and attendance processes. You will have a proven track record in adding value to the payroll and time and attendance functions in complex organisations with multiple rostering arrangements. Superior skills in business process analysis and design, as well as proven results in managing mutiple projects simultaneously.
