Library & Customer Relations Officer



Council is currently seeking a Library and Customer Relations Officer to join their team. Primarily based in the Guyra Library, this role would suit someone who is passionate about working with the community to ensure that the customer receives positive experiences and is encouraged to utilise our library as a place to learn, have fun and connect with the community.

As the Library & Customer Relations Officer you would be responsible for coordinating the day-to-day operations of the Guyra Library. Overseeing staffing and volunteer requirements, managing budget and resource purchasing and running a range of initiatives including Story time, School Holiday Programming and Community Initiatives

The full time position currently provides a weekly rate of pay from $1,373.09 to $1,578.50 (plus superannuation) along with the opportunity to work a 9 day fortnight.
