The Role: As part of our Enterprise Risk Systems team the role will involve assisting our employees to competently implement Council’s Work, Health, Safety and Injury Management (WHS&IM) system through a process of guidance, mentoring, training and review. There will be a strong emphasis on implementing a range of wellbeing initiatives that promote a healthy and resilient workforce. The role is hands on and will have responsibility for conducting incident investigations, workplace audit/inspections, maintaining records, compiling reports and supporting the effective operation of WHS Committee. About You We are looking for a person who is motivated and passionate about the safety and wellbeing of our employees. You will have experience in providing support, advice and coaching on compliance, legislative obligations and best practice. You must have strong people skills, an eye for detail, together with the ability to problem solve and provide business orientated solutions to meet legislative requirements. You must have:
