The Health and Wellbeing team is responsible for all workers compensation, personal injury and health and wellbeing initiatives for employees of Council.
About the role: We are currently seeking an experienced administration officer to join our busy Health and Wellbeing team.
In this role you will be responsible for:
- Processing invoices for all workers compensation matters
- Proving administrative and project support to the Health and Wellbeing Team
- Proactively build and maintain relationships with internal and external stakeholders, with a view to providing a solutions focused, customer orientated approach.
- The efficient and accurate record keeping in all corporate systems relating to Health and Wellbeing.
- To promote Council as an Employee of Choice.
The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:
- Relevant job related experience in a similar environment
- Experience in the processing of invoices
- Demonstrated commitment to the provision of exceptional customer service
- Extensive experience in the use of Microsoft Office suite
- Basic knowledge of workers compensation guidelines would be highly regarded
