The PositionCobar Shire Council is offering an exciting opportunity for a Director of Nursing (Registered Nurse) to spearhead a 44-bed residential aged care facility in far western NSW. We need a dynamic leader with drive and passion to guide the organisation through a period of change, mentoring and supporting staff to deliver the optimal level of care to our residents.
The key requirements for the position are:
To be successful in this role you will be highly organised, self-motivated, innovative and financially astute. You will be approachable, but balance this with excellent time management skills. You will have a passion for coaching, mentoring and supporting team members to continuously improve consumer care and facility outcomes. A competitive salary package will be negotiated dependent on qualifications and experience.
