Research and Evaluation Officer

  • Part Time (0.6 FTE) temporary to November 2020

Are you an experienced Research and Evaluation Officer seeking a new and exciting challenge?

The City of Greater Bendigo is seeking a committed, team oriented and experienced professional to lead the development and implementation of a comprehensive evaluation and monitoring framework for the NDIA funded Champions for Change project.

The Champions for Change project aims to increase the level of inclusive employment within local governments and small to medium business across the region, ensuring people with disabilities can participate in and benefit from the same community activities as everyone else.

In this role you will prepare and implement the project’s evaluation plan, undertake research, prepare high quality written reports, support the implementation of the project workplan, prepare grant applications, analyse findings and prepare a final report that will showcase the project as a nationally scalable model.

We welcome applications from persons with high level research, evaluation and report writing skills.  Tertiary qualifications in community development or social sciences is desirable with relevant postgraduate qualifications highly regarded.  A satisfactory police record check and Working with Children’s Check is required for this role.
