Personal Assistant to Manager Community and Cultural Development - Maternity Leave Contract

Are you a self motivated individual who can juggle multiple tasks whilst working against tight deadlines?

  • Temporary full time, until end of March 2021
  • 70 hours per fortnight
  • Salary from 64,204.83 - $74,390.87 per annum (pro rata) plus 9.5% superannuation

Georges River Council is currently seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Personal Assistant to Manager Community and Cultural Development to join our dynamic and busy Community and Cultural Development Team. The successful candidate will provide high level executive assistance to the Manager Community and Cultural Development including but not limited to researching issues, preparing draft reports, minutes, diary and meeting management, word processing, and liaison with a wide range of internal staff and external parties on behalf of the Manager Community and Cultural Development.

Key Skills

  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills including the ability to produce written material of a high standard without supervision
  • Demonstrated high-level organisation skills, including ability to set work priorities and meet predetermined deadlines and commitments
  • Demonstrated competency in Microsoft Office applications
  • Demonstrated ability to research and analyse complex issues
