About the Role
Based at the Tarcoola Aged Care Facility, you will be responsible for providing quality, nutritious meals for the residents at the Facility.
Reporting to the Clinical Coordinator - Tarcoola, you will:
- be responsible for preparing and providing high quality, nutritional meals to the Residents of Tarcoola Aged Care Facility;
- ensure food is prepared within food safety regulations and
- assist in ordering and receiving all deliveries and ensure all stores are kept in order .
About you
The successful applicant will have:
- a Certificate III in Commercial Cookery or be able to demonstrate equivalent related experience and be willing to complete relevant Certificate;
- a National History Police Check, or be able to obtain one; and
- a full understanding of Hazard Analysis and Critical Control Points (HACCP) regulations.
