Senior Advisers and Adviser, Planning and Performance

A great opportunity for enthusiastic planning and performance advisers who enjoy collaboration to join our Service Delivery division and ensure we deliver VBA's planning and performance reporting requirements.

We have 3 positions available to fill immediately on a permanent ongoing basis.


Who we are looking for


1 x Adviser, Planning and Performance (Grade 4)

  • Experience in planning and reporting, data collection, analysis and visualisation, and developing performance frameworks
  • Strong research and analysis skills, using data to present findings and provide insights
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise performance reports and briefings for the Board and senior management
  • Strong stakeholder management and organisational skills with the ability to deliver information within a fast-paced deadline driven environment.


2 x Senior Adviser, Planning and Performance (Grade 5)

  • Experience in strategic planning, Board, Ministerial and management reporting, developing corporate and annual plans and performance frameworks
  • Project management experience with ability to produce project plans and manage risks
  • Well-developed research and analysis skills, using data to present findings and provide insights
  • Well-developed communication skills with the ability to prepare clear, concise performance reports and briefings for the Board and senior management
  • Well-developed stakeholder management and organisational skills with the ability to deliver information within a fast-paced deadline driven environment.
