We are seeking an experienced Customer Service Officer to join our exciting Customer Service unit to provide a wide range of services to our residents, businesses and visitors.
Customer Service Officers are the first point of contact for customer inquiries and requests, providing high quality, efficient and friendly services, accurate advice and information and access to the City’s services and facilities across a range of customer service operational areas including Call Centre, Counter, Administration and customer service support functions.
We are looking for highly motivated individuals who are passionate about providing excellent customer service and thrive on not just meeting, but exceeding customer expectations. The successful applicant will have great communication skills and at least three years’ experience of working within a call centre and customer service environment. Ideal candidate should be able to demonstrate patience and understanding of customer needs, have good computer literacy skills, consistently meets or exceeds their KPIs and has excellent schedule adherence.
A comprehensive induction and training program will be provided and you will receive ongoing coaching and mentoring in a supportive and a progressive environment.
