Finance & Admin Support Officer The Parks, Sport & Recreation Business Unit at Wellington City Council is looking for a proactive, reliable and skilled finance administrator to join us. The Business Support Team delivers a centralised business support service to the Parks, Sport & Recreation (PSR) Business Unit which includes financial management, performance monitoring and reporting, systems support, general administration, health and safety, training and learning development. As the Finance & Administration Support Officer you will be responsible for delivering accurate and timely financial and administration support services to the Business Unit and our customers. This includes processing of direct debits, invoicing, monthly accruals, purchase orders, journals and account reconciliations. The role will also provide assistance in supporting the effective and efficient use of Council systems. This role is suited to candidates with the following attributes and work experience:
