He angitūtanga: The opportunity
As part of the Workspace Projects and Portfolio Planning team, this is a rare and striking opportunity to join us in Corporate Property as a Workspace Project Coordinator. In this role, you are part of a team responsible for coordinating the delivery of workspace fit-out and change projects within Council Corporate Office and Local Board and back of house areas, supporting council staff by providing appropriate working environments. As well as managing workspace change projects you will assist with coordinating the delivery of large-scale projects by leveraging external service providers through key phases. You will manage and coordinate the relocation of staff upon the completion of workspace fit-outs.
He kōrero mōu: About you
At the crux of what we’re looking for is an expert people person. Yes, ideally, you’ll bring experience in large workspace change projects and have a minimum of 3 years experience in managing office fit-outs, but the essential ingredient for success in this role is your ability to build and maintain effective and constructive relationships.
As someone who’s resilient with strong negotiation and influencing skills, you’ll be able to talk to your experience of facilitating and presenting and demonstrate a savvy and skilled level of written and oral communication.
