Coordinator Procurement

About the position:

The Coordinator Procurement is responsible for coordinating the City's procurement team which provides procurement services for City operations across tender management, quotation processing and contract management.


Key accountabilities:

  • Manage the procurement teams services delivery
  • Maintain and implement of the City’s procurement framework 
  • Provide advice and support to all levels of the City across procurement activities
  • Overseeing the City’s procurement applications (Tenderlink and Vendorpanel)

Position requirements:

The successful applicant will have extensive experience in the application of procurement processes across planning, tendering, evaluation, award, and contract management, preferably in a local government setting. Additionally, this position requires a demonstrated ability to lead, manage and motive staff to ensure team service delivery.

Completion of a pre-employment medical including alcohol and other substances testing is required of all positions at the City.


Remuneration and benefits:

A salary starting from $96,770 per annum or $48.9726 per hour will be offered dependent on knowledge, skills, experience and qualifications.
