In this role you will provide training to the Consenting & Compliance Group which comprises of over 400 people serving building and regulatory services. Working in a close-knit team of trainers, your day will consist of development and implementation of all aspects of training required to deliver everything from induction training to new staff, to process/system training to new and existing staff. You will have the ability to learn new systems and processes quickly to be able to develop training programmes for delivery. In addition you will have the ability to develop strong relationships with staff within the Group and the wider Council.
To be successful in this role you will have a tertiary qualification in adult education or equivalent education and have extensive experience in training delivery within a large organisation. You will be a dynamic team player with an enthusiastic and customer focused attitude. Using your 'can-do' positive approach, you will ensure that necessary training objectives are delivered to a high standard. Working collaboratively with others will be a strength, and you will have a natural ability to think outside the square when it comes to planning training sessions.
