Workplace Development Manager
- Permanent Full Time - 35 hours per week + flexi-time
- Total Remuneration Package $117,387.00 - $144,658.00 per annum
- Located at the Administration Building in Raymond Terrace
Council is seeking a Workplace Development Manager to play a key role in the development of high level strategy to improve business performance and drive cultural change across the business.
Specifically, in this role you will:
- Align improvements to business systems and processes with engaging people in their design and implementation to ensure commitment and capacity for change.
- Review and lead the Learning and Development Program to focus on key business needs.
- Provide improved direct support and coaching to all leaders as they help their direct reports through transitions.
- Combine review of business plans with service reviews to allow a more integrated approach to business improvements.
- Further embed the Business Excellence philosophy and intense process improvement tools in decision making.
What you need:
- Degree in Human Resource Management, Organisation Development or related field
- Demonstrated experience in strategic Organisation Development
- Demonstrated ability to show drive and motivation, an awareness of strengths and weaknesses, and a commitment to learning.
- Demonstrated ability to persuade and gain commitment from others, and resolve issues and conflicts.
- Achieve results through efficient use of resources and a commitment to quality outcomes.
- Demonstrated ability to initiate, support and champion change, assist others to accept and engage with change.
Total Remuneration Package Range: $117,387.00 - $144,658.00 (includes 9.5% superannuation + motor vehicle allowance + retention allowance) + flexi-time
