The Shell Cove Project is a major coastal master-planned residential, commercial and tourist development located within the Shellharbour local government area. The flagship centerpiece of the Project is the man-made in-shore Harbour and its surrounding waterfront precincts. This unique and high profile project is being delivered by Shellharbour City Council and Australand (a subsidiary of Frasers Property Group - a tier one property development company).
The Shell Cove Project is focused on a new vibrant town centre, boasting a large supermarket, tavern, retails shops, restaurants, food and beverage outlets, library/community centre/tourist office, town park, accommodation hotel, promenades and boardwalks hosting public art and play, and Placemaking.
The role:
This exciting new position which Lead and manage the Shell Cove Project team in the design, development and construction of the Shell Cove Harbour and on-shore / off-shore Marina and ensure all project objectives are achieved.
The position is responsible for the strategic business planning including business development, capital expenditure, budgeting, marketing, branding, environmental management, customer and tenant development and staff/consultant/contractor management.
