Esperance Home Care is seeking an experienced Training Officer to join their team on a permanent part-time basis. This position supports learning and professional development of staff, volunteers and carers. Duties include researching and developing training resources; designing induction programmes; and conducting staff performance audits.
Relevant aged care and training qualifications (or willingness to obtain) along with high level verbal and written communication skills are essential.
Salary: $30.25 per hour
