We are offering an exciting and dynamic role at one of Australia’s most progressive and sustainable local government authorities within the City Rangers team. The role of Business Support Officer is vital in the overall operation of a highly successful business unit, supporting the senior management’s office and teams in high quality administrative and project support.
We are seeking an experienced and highly motivated individual to manage a demanding workload for City Rangers, including:
- coordinate and monitor day-to-day activities including diary, email management and the preparation of meeting papers and minutes;
- assist with reviewing and writing correspondence and reports;
- coordination of monthly budgets, reports and assisting in developing powerpoint presentations;
- manage confidential and sensitive documentation with professional discretion at all times.
As the successful candidate, you will have:
- Clear and concise verbal and written communication skills;
- The ability to multitask and prioritise tasks;
- Excellent time management and organisational skills;
- High attention to detail;
- Sound knowledge of the Microsoft suite.
