Aqualink Nunawading are looking for enthusiastic customer focused people to join our team.


As the Customer Service Officer you will be responsible for providing excellent customer service to all patrons at the front desk and via the telephone. You will also be required to complete basic administration support and accurate cash handling activities.  You will be responsible to contribute towards the smooth running of the reception area and must possess the ability to provide high quality customer service.


Essential qualifications include experience in the provision of front line customer service, Level 2 First Aid, CPR qualifications, Satisfactory National Criminal History Check and Working with Children Check.


In this role you will be required to work weekends, early mornings, days and evenings.


Previous experience in a customer service role is essential, with the experience of working in the health and fitness industry advantageous.
