The Town is currently looking for an experienced Procurement Officer with infrastructure, civil construction or similar experience to assist in delivering best practice procurement for the Town of Port Hedland. This role requires a high attention to detail, high levels of planning and organisation skills, time management and a cooperative communication style. You will be tasked with ensuring all policies, procedures and systems are current and compliant, whilst providing support and advice on the Town’s procurement practices to relevant stakeholders.
Reporting directly to the Senior Procurement Advisor, this role will support the Town as it embarks on an ambitious Capital Works Program. Experience in governance or procurement practices or appropriate certification are desired for this role.
