Purpose of the Role
The City Presentation directorate ensures that our area is presented in an aesthetically pleasing manner, that is clean, enjoyable to live in and instils pride in our community.
This role is responsible for working with the Manager, Coordinators and the staff to assist in the delivery of Waste and Cleansing Services projects and initiatives that result in leading and sustainable solutions.
This role involves working/hot-desking at multiple Council locations across Bayside.
Key Responsibilities
We are currently seeking an experienced Supervisor Projects Waste Avoidance & Resources Recovery (WARR) to assist the Manager, Coordinators and the staff in the delivery of Waste & Cleansing Services projects and initiatives that result in leading and sustainable solutions.
This role will see you researching, developing and implementing Council’s Waste & Cleansing Services strategies, policies, procedures, contracts and programs; whilst providing a professional and confidential service.
You will be responsible for supervising/managing projects (economic and milestone modelling) under the guidance of the Coordinator WARR and/or Manager Waste & Cleansing Services. This will involve maintaining effective systems to fulfil Council’s commitment to integrity and compliance. It will also involve engaging and consulting with stakeholders to identify their requirements and using this information to enable the delivery of organisational direction, strategy and action in all projects.

Hours: 35 hours per week

Salary Range: From $83,594.90 to $93,626.26 per annum plus 9.5% superannuation
