The position is also responsible for the coordination of all site logistics for the St Kilda Festival.

The St Kilda Festival is a flagship event for the City of Port Phillip; an annual event that seeks to achieve the following objectives:

  • Iconic branding that showcases the City of Port Phillip whilst specifically promoting St Kilda, increasing visitation rates of tourists. It is a brand that is known to the local community, wider Melbourne and internationally.
  • A commitment to live music which is a vehicle to promote vibrancy as well as specifically supporting local, young and emerging musicians.
  • Longer term sustainable economic benefit for local traders.

Skills and Experience

  • Experienced Site Logistics Coordinator to manage all aspects for the Yaluk-ut Weelam Ngargee Festival from production requirement through to site management.
  • Reporting to the Operations Manager this role requires excellent interpersonal and collaborative skills and experience in delivering successful event sites in high pressure situations.
  • Please note that a current, valid Australian drivers’ licence is essential.
