Yarra City Council is looking for an experienced customer driven leader who thrives in fast paced operational environments. You will be a key member of the Customer Service Branch leadership team, leading a high performance team to deliver exceptional experiences across all channels.
For this role, we are looking for:
- An experienced and values driven leader
- A leader with a proven track record in operational excellence and data analytics within a contact centre environment
- A customer focused professional who values collaboration and business partnering to deliver customer solutions
- A service experience ethic with an eye on continuous improvement
