About the role:

We are looking for a conscientious administration professional, with a meticulous eye for detail, to support the Strategic Partnerships Manager within the Office of the General Manager. The Strategic Partnerships function leads the delivery of a number of city wide strategic and advocacy projects including Reimagining Campbelltown City Centre and the City’s commitment to the Western Sydney City Deal.


In this newly-created role you will use your extensive government experience to assist the Strategic Partnerships Manager to enable partnerships and collaboration with key government, education, private sector, and other stakeholders.


The successful candidate will demonstrate the following key skills and attributes:

  • Extensive experience providing executive administrative support including drafting correspondence with original wording including letters, reports, emails and meeting requests.
  • Experience drafting compelling submissions and presentations.
  • Demonstrated experience providing project assistance and research.
  • Understanding of the role and functions of local, state and federal government, and working within a politically sensitive environment.
  • Experience supporting the delivery of workshops and small collaboration forums.
  • Experience in managing a number of diaries and competing priorities.
  • Professional and friendly demeanour with a can-do attitude.
