Project Manager – Affordable Housing
Contract – 2 years
Salary Neg from $96,200 - $107,678 P/A + Super
We currently have a newly created opportunity for an experienced project manager to play a key specialist role within our Affordable Housing Project Control Group.
In this role you will be responsible for managing the lifecycle of multi-unit residential affordable housing projects ensuring that they are delivered on time, within budget and meet all functional requirements. You will also be involved in the preparation and evaluation of tenders and the supervision of external contracts.
To be successful you will have degree qualifications in Construction Management, Architecture, Land Economics or Project Management. You will also have extensive experience Project Management or Construction management and/or Contract Administration together with a working knowledge of the Building Code of Australia and relevant standards.
