This is a pivotal role within our HR Services team where you will be a key driver on all matters HR/IR and will work closely with our Managers and employees to make a real difference in this space.  The incumbent in this role will be considered a trusted advisor to our management team and will be responsible for employee and industrial relations matters, review and provide advice on position classifications, be involved in recruitment activities, HR projects and preparation and analysis of complex HR statistical data to support our reporting requirements.


To be successful in this role you will be:

  • Either academic (HR degree or diploma level) or substantive experience in a human resource environment.
  • Experience within a Human Resources environment including applying and ensuring adherence to Human Resources policy and procedures.
  • Understanding of relevant enterprise bargaining agreement, awards and agreements. 
  • Demonstrated experience with performance management including formal disciplinary matters. 
  • Have a can do attitude with an energetic approach and a positive disposition.
