Our Assets, Operations and Delivery team are looking for an outstanding candidate to support the effective management of the capital portfolio through the asset lifecycle. As a key member of the team your days will be kept busy coordinating governance and approval meetings, ensuring data is accurately entered and performance monitoring and reporting is kept up to date.

As the Portfolio Support Officer your key responsibilities include:

  • Providing high quality and timely support services to the team
  • Supporting the coordination and management of approval and team meetings, agendas, minutes and where applicable follow up actions
  • Assist with the coordination of submissions through to final approval
  • Assist the Project Manager with contract variations and assist with documentation for audit and compliance purposes
  • Coordinate governance and provide a central custodian for capital project and program management procedures and supporting documentation.
  • Seek opportunities and support continuous improvement and minor change initiatives

To succeed in this opportunity the skills and experience required are:

  • Post-secondary studies relating to customer service or business administration or extensive support experience
  • Proven experience providing high quality and timely administrative support services to a large customer service
  • Ability to work autonomously and exhibit a high level of initiative, motivation and flexibility
  • Ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality on all work-related matters
  • High level communication and collaboration skills both verbal and written
  • Proven ability to build relationships and operate with a ‘one team’ mindset across the business.
