We are seeking an enthusiastic health professional to assist in delivering an effective, proactive and customer focused wellness and injury prevention program.

Working with the Wellness and Injury Prevention Advisor you will assist with facilitating targeted programs, liaise with key stakeholders to contribute to the development, implementation and facilitation of injury prevention and injury management strategies and Health and Wellbeing training programs, review and implement role specific physical and functional requirements checklists as well as review fit for work cases on non-work related injury/illness. In this role you will provide advice regarding the management of injuries, changes in functional capacity and return to work programs, you will also assist in the maintenance and administration of the Online Incident, Audit and Risk Management reporting system.

The successful candidate will have relevant qualifications, experience in wellness, OHS, injury management and prevention programs, experience in report writing and providing statistical data as well as excellent communication skills.
