Salary:  AUD 141,996.00 per annum plus Superannuation

Employment arrangement: Full Time

Location: Sydney CBD

Option to work under a 19 day month arrangement

The City's Health and Building Team is seeking a dynamic and highly experienced person to manage a diverse team of professionals to deliver policies and legislative responsibilities in relation to health and building functions servicing one of the five geographic areas.

With relevant degree level qualifications and demonstrated experience in managing a team in a complex environment, you will be responsible for managing operations to achieve the City’s objectives in relation to environmental and public health, building compliance, fire safety and licensed premises.
 

Highly developed interpersonal and motivational skills are essential, as is the ability to effectively manage a range of stakeholders, and negotiate solutions to complex and sensitive matters. This must be supported by a high level of written and oral communication skills.
