This role is responsible for the maintenance of Council's property and rating database including property creation, addressing and supplementary valuation processing. This role also provides support and advice to other members of the Revenue Services Team. 


To be successful in this role you will work well in a team, have a focus on continuous improvement as well as an advanced understanding of property and rating principles and legislative requirements. You will also have excellent verbal and written communication skills and high skill levels in the use of specialised property, rating and valuation systems.


The successful applicant will be required to obtain an employee Working with Children Check prior to commencement. (This is now mandatory for ALL employees joining Council to meet Child Safe Standards of our Organisation)
