We have a fantastic opportunity for a committed and enthusiastic person to join the Manjimup team as a Trainee Operator. You will be able to complete Certificate II in Water Industry Operations in the relevant pathway while implementing all aspects of the learning on the job.

 

 

What the role will involve:

 

  • Actively participating in safe job planning, team meetings and workplace inspections.
  • Under supervision, work with other parties including contractors in the delivery of operations and maintenance requirements.
  • Assist with tasks using specialist tools, plant and equipment supplied for such activity

  

Key skills and experience:

  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated to work under instruction
  • Basic understanding of Water Corporation values and the importance of safety in the workplace
  • W.A “C” Class Drivers Licence
