3 – 5 YEAR CONTRACT POSITION

PACKAGE UP TO $186,200



The Shire of Gingin is offering an exciting opportunity for a highly motivated and skilled person to take on the position of Executive Manager Corporate and Community Services.


This position is a key management and leadership role responsible for ensuring the Shire’s Corporate and Community Management obligations are met including all corporate reporting within the department. The ideal candidate will have exceptional Finance experience in addition to manageriaI experience facilitating Community Development and Customer Services. This position will also have the responsibility of the oversight of records management, information technology services, the Gingin Medical Centre, Shire Libraries, leases and grant applications and will encourage and progress economic development relating to organisational business development. 


This position will be offered on the basis of an initial three to five year contract with a total remuneration package from $159,000 to a maximum of $186,200 per annum depending on qualifications and experience. The position also consists of a competitive salary, private use of a council vehicle, superannuation of up to 14.5%, subsidised housing if required and professional development.
