Combine your management and financial accounting skills to guide the finance team in this leadership role.


The Town of Port Hedland is currently seeking an experienced and motivated individual to lead and develop our Finance team. The Manager Financial Services will be responsible for the timely and accurate delivery of all financial and management reporting for the Town of Port Hedland, annual budget process and management of the Financial Services team to ensure delivery of a customer focused, efficient and effective financial services function for the organisation.


You will bring comprehensive knowledge across all of the above areas, preferably within a local government environment at a manager level.


This role will also be a key participant in the implementation of new enterprise wide systems to bring the Town into the 21st century, as well as supporting the organisation to deliver an ambitious capital works programme. This presents an exciting opportunity for the successful candidate to develop and widen their skill-set.
